Theft from Car - Brentford Road |
Dear Resident
Sometime between 10.30pm on 9th November and 6.15am on 10th November someone broke into a silver Ford KA parked on a driveway on Brentford Road, BD12. They attacked the nearside front window with an implement and managed to get inside and tried starting the car by tampering with the ignition and exposing the wiring. They could not start it and made a tidy search, stealing items of property from the glove box including a wallet containing bank cards and cash. Nobody seen. If you have any CCTV or ring doorbell footage of anything suspicious between these times please respond to this message
Please double check your vehicle is locked and there is nothing valuable left inside. There's lots of information on our website to help you on how to keep your vehicle secure. Please see the link below for your information: https://www.westyorkshire.police.uk/advice/vehicle-crime/vehicle-crime
